feat: keymap-core, config-base, sync (0.1.2) 
ktui.keymap (KeyAction/ResolvedAction/effective_keymap(actions, overrides)),
ktui.config.BaseConfig (TOML load + silent-fail + table() extractor), and
ktui.sync.run_vdirsyncer_sync. 17 new tests (23 total).

ktui

Shared Textual TUI core for kard (contacts) and kal (calendar). Holds the infrastructure both apps would otherwise duplicate — the Tokyo Night theme, keymap resolution, config base, vdirsyncer sync, fuzzy search, a vim-navigation mixin, and a help-screen base. Domain logic (engines, DTOs, screens, rendering) stays in the apps.

Depends only on the shared third-party libs: textual and rapidfuzz.

kard and kal pin ktui>=0.1,<0.2. See docs/superpowers/specs/2026-06-24-ktui-shared-core-design.md for the design and docs/superpowers/plans/2026-06-24-ktui-extraction.md for the rollout.
