CI (kaniko) builds oss/wanderer web+db images to the registry; Flux apps/wanderer swaps flomp/wanderer-* → our images. Keep the import-config/hostAlias bits from the current deploy.

✅ Deployed (manual build) — live for testing.

Only the web image changed (db/Go untouched). Recipe:

  1. sudo build-local-image oss/wanderer-web:si-f0ea569e ~/src/wanderer/web — buildkitd + nerdctl build straight into k3s containerd (namespace k8s.io), no registry/push.
  2. homelab-flux apps/wanderer/wanderer.yaml: web image → docker.io/oss/wanderer-web:si-f0ea569e + imagePullPolicy: Never (uses the local containerd image) — committed to main via Forgejo API (commit 0dc3794e).
  3. Flux reconciled → wanderer-web rolled out; pod Running, web returns 200.

Live at wanderer.ziefle.org — ready to click-test smart insertion.

Note: this was a manual build+deploy. Automated CI (kaniko-on-push) is still open as the M0.2 automation goal — filing separately if we want it; closing this as the deploy itself is done.
